Hamlin Residence & ADU

Description

This project features a main residence and a fully equipped ADU, both designed under a modern Scandinavian concept. The main home’s design revolves around the kitchen as the focal point, from which the spatial flow and daily life unfold. Natural materials such as light wood and soft whites bring warmth and clarity, while abundant light and ventilation enhance comfort and livability. The residence includes a living room with a fireplace, dining area, kitchen, laundry, one primary bedroom with ensuite bath, three secondary bedrooms with a shared bath, and a guest bathroom. The adjacent ADU offers complete independence, including a living area, dining, kitchen, laundry tower, bedroom, and bathroom—designed with functionality and harmony in mind.
